Eagle Scout Programs

The camp is 35 acres and we are always trying to build and improve the camp. If you have been out here and have an idea that you would like to do please let us know and we can approve it and be happy to help. Austin and Elliot Holtzman, two Founders of the camp and also instructors, are both Eagle Scouts and know how hard it is to pick and follow through with the Eagle Scout projects. They will be here to help you, just ask. For those that need some ideas, here are some general projects:

• Building Bridges
• Improving the trails by trimming,making trail markers and a map
• Building Outhouses
• Planting Trees
• Building Benches and Picnic Tables
• Set up Compass Courses, GPS Courses and Geo catches
• Build a wildlife observation deck
• Build Bird and Bat Houses
• Build Garbage and Recycling Bins
• Make a Plant / Tree identification trail
